A Pair of Foragers

We were at Hornsby Bend two weeks ago, when we saw this pair of male and female downy woodpeckers foraging for food. They flitted from one branch to another but stayed close to each other. We’re fortunate and thankful that they posed for awhile before they flew to another tree.
